How We Define Our Metrics
We define each metric clearly so the numbers are honest and comparable over time.

Students Supported: unique students who completed at least one session. Each student is counted once, no matter how many sessions they attend.

Hours & Sessions: only appointments that took place as scheduled, with one 60-minute session counting as one hour. No-shows and cancellations are excluded.

Data Source: records from TurboTutors' scheduling system, reviewed and updated periodically by organization leadership.
Data Note: Impact figures are self-reported based on TurboTutors' internal session records. Data is updated as new sessions are completed and reviewed by leadership. Last updated October 2026.
